Large holiday home on two levels, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and large living room with fireplace, accommodates up to 8 people. Limonaia 1 is one of the largest, most welcoming and functional houses of the Agriturismo Case Graziani where you can spend an unforgettable holiday in Umbria.

The furniture is refined and comfortable, offering a special atmosphere, typical of the territory and of the history of Umbria and Tuscany. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, mini-stereo, telephone, internet, safe. The covered patio is equipped with tables and chairs and is perfect to enjoy the summer evenings.

The apartment is part of an ancient building intended as winter shelter of lemon trees and flowers, the restoration has preserved the original architecture as much as possible, maintaining the typical construction with wooden beams and bricks.
