Holiday between Umbria and Tuscany in an 18th century country manor house with a swimming pool.
On the first floor with an independent entrance or by a lift, Palazzo 1 comprises of:
- Large lounge with fireplace, T.V. mini stereo, double divan bed and two armchairs,
- A spacious double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and a painted ceiling from the 1800s,
- A second bedroom with double or twin beds and en suite bathroom,
- A third and large double bedroom,
- A bathroom with shower,
- A dining room with terrace,
- A kitchen with dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, and electric oven fried with freezer, washing machine.
Comfortably furnished with some antiques. Air conditioning, satellite TV, mini stereo, telephone, internet, safe, fireplace, terrace and utility room.
The apartment is a restoration of the oldest part of the house, typically with the rooms around the lounge entrance. The ceiling with its wooden beams still retains its original decoration. It is in front of the Family’s chapel and a little higher up there are a few houses of the small antique hamlet.
Palazzo 1 is typical of that era and would have been the day area.
Swimming pool (8x16 salt) with hydro massage, large solarium with sun beds sunshades and toilet.
Finnish Sauna with relax zone.
In the garden there are tall trees and a communal terrace with a BBQ.
Internal car park, mountain bike, ping-pong, children’s games.

Un apposito locale è stato dedicato alla costruzione di una autentica sauna finlandese. Dopo aver sperimentato personalmente il benessere fisico che si ottiene con la sauna se ne è voluta la costruzione, chiedendone la realizzazione ad un amico finlandese Sig. Timo Haake.
